Return Policy

Shoes:

There are No returns or exchanges on shoes marked "Clearance" or shoes from the Brianna Leigh Collection (will have Brianna Leigh in the title), or Jen & Kim shoes ( Will have Jen & Kim in title) and will say non-returnable in the listing. There is free shipping from these 2 collections, however.


Dyed shoes are not returnable or exchangeable.


For all other shoes (except dyed shoes), we accept returns with a 20% restocking fee (to cover our costs since that is what the shoe companies charge us). Shoes must be returned within 30 days of order. No returns after 30 days. Dyed shoes are non-returnable. Shoes must be in their original new condition with no marks on the sole and no toe marks. All original packaging must be included. Shoes must be returned in their shoe box and packed in a cardboard box with no tape or writing on the shoe box. Shipping is not refunded. Please note that we don't have an "exchange policy. " If you need another size, you would return shoes as stated in this refund policy and place another order so we can have a record of the different shoe size and the shipping will be covered. Thank you.


Please note that 'refused' packages and 'unclaimed' packages returned to us will also be subject to the 20% restocking fee. Please include a note with return with name and address to look up your order.
