INFORMATION ON IVORY SHOES

Please note that shoes from Dyeables, Carbonneu and some Coloriffics and Colorful Creations shoes that are stated "ivory" have to be Dyed Ivory. We dye all our ivory shoes to Diamond white (top shoe pictured; click on picture to enlarge). It is a light ivory that matches the light ivory dresses that most of the wedding dresses are coming in lately (pictured). If you want a more yellowish ivory or other shade of ivory then you would provide a swatch. Pictured above is the Karina shoe dyed Diamond white (ivory) and below the undyed Desire white shoe; pictured next to an ivory dress. Please note that ivory shoes from Dyeables, Colorful Creations and Carbonneau are non-returnable.

DYEING SHOES OTHER COLORS:

Select the "Dyed shoe option" in the listing for the shoe. You will then state the dress manufacturer name and color, that you are trying to match (for example, Alfred Angelo Expresso), in the "comments" section towards the end of checkout, or email with your order number stating the color desired. These are just a few of the dye charts available: Alfred Angelo, Alfred Sung, Mori Lee, Impression bridal, Davinci Bridal, Mary's Bridal, Jasmine Bridal, Occasions, After Six, Allure, Jordan, Forever Yours, Studio 17, Mon Cheri, Venus Bridal, and many more. We will call you/email you the same day if we are unable to provide the match.

Swatch: You can always send us a swatch to match your shoes. Just select the dye option in the listing and state in the "comments" section that you will be sending a swatch. Please provide your name and order number with the swatch. Please note shoes dyed a color other then ivory make take up to 2 weeks to ship out.
